We only had the pleasure of knowing Bethy for a relatively short time but what a big impression she made in that time! Bethy was so clearly cherished by her amazing parents and brother and we immediately saw why, she was the definition of beautiful inside and out. Bethy brightened up the lives of every person she met and was truly a delight to care for. We were in awe of Bethy’s bravery, her sharp intelligence and constant politeness (even in the most difficult circumstances). On a personal note, it was wonderful observing Bethy’s love of reading and having the opportunity to read to Bethy at times. Bethy’s talent at crafting was a pleasure to observe on my visits.
