From Andrea Bethy loved horses. The first horse she rode with me was James, a small chestnut Welsh gentleman of a pony. After thoroughly brushing him, she rode him around the country lane behind my horse with complete confidence. From then she was hooked! She adored brushing and caring for the horses and she sat on a horses with natural ease. She understood how nervous horses can be and was quiet and kind in their presence, and in return my horses trusted her. Horses were absolutely one of Bethy’s loves.
